Sarah Robinson is the Managing Partner.

Sarah studied at King’s College, University of London: LLB Honours degree and Nottingham Trent University: Law Society Finals Examinations

Sarah has specialised exclusively in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1996. Prior to founding Premier Legal LLP, Sarah worked for large regional law firms in the East and West Midlands including Pinsent Masons and Freeth Cartwright.

Sarah has considerable experience of representing clients in many different industry sectors including insurance and financial services, corporate finance, technology, legal services, automotive, hotel and catering and media as well as the public sector.

Areas of particular interest include restrictive covenants, TUPE and advising in relation to discrimination.

Adrian qualified as a barrister in 2001 having previously worked in industry and education.

Adrian has held positions as in house legal counsel for the NFU/Associa, Chubb Security and Securitas. He has been a consultant with the practice since 2006.

Reported cases: Advised and represented the claimant in the case of Sethi v Greentech International a case which is still held as authority for a woman’s right to return to work after maternity leave even when the marriage has broken down and the former husband is a director of the company.

Office Manager

Karen joined Premier Legal LLP in April 2009 as Office Manager, having previously worked in recruitment for over ten years acting as an extension to HR teams within blue chip organisations in the East Midlands area.

Karen now provides flexible administrative support to the Premier Legal team as well as liaising with clients and suppliers on a daily basis. She also regularly attends local networking events to promote Premier Legal’s range of services and co-ordinates in-house events.

Reception and Facilities Manager

Pat became part of the Premier Legal team in October 2018 as Reception and Facilities Manager, having successfully managed a large city based serviced office space for many years. Pat brings a wealth of client facing and organisation experience and is now responsible for the reception area and facilitating our period property head office.
