We are also members of the Law Society, the professional body for solicitors in England and Wales.  For further information please click here

As a firm of solicitors we are required to take out and maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the SRA Indemnity Insurance Rules.  Professional indemnity insurance covers civil liability claims arising from our work and, in particular, claims of professional negligence.  We are not able to practice or provide legal services without having appropriate levels of professional indemnity insurance in place. Professional indemnity insurance ensures that no member of the public suffers loss which is uncompensated as a result of negligent advice and is important in maintaining public confidence in the integrity of the profession.   Not all advisors who provide human resources and employment law advice are required to take out and maintain professional indemnity insurance; this requirement only applies to regulated professionals.  The peace of mind this provides to clients is one of the key advantages of choosing a firm like Premier Legal to represent you.
